Witness appeal after crash
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an accident in which a teenager was hurt.
A Yamaha moped was in collision with a Ford Transit van in South Street, Hythe, at its junction with Mousehole Lane.
The 17-year-old rider suffering whiplash and suspected ligament damage to his knee in the accident last Thursday, just after 5.30pm.
He added: “We’d particularly like to identify a person who stopped to help the moped rider and removed their bike from the road.
“This person may have seen the crash and we’d like to speak to them as soon as possible.”
