Forest road closed after accident
A busy New Forest road has been closed after a pedestrian was seriously injured in an accident.
The man was in collision with a Peugeot 406 that was travelling east along the A337 between New Milton and Lymington.

All three emergency services were sent to the scene of the accident, which occurred outside a plant nursery in Everton.
The pedestrian was taken to Southampton General Hospital with what police described as “serious” injuries.
The A337 is currently closed between Everton and Pennington. Traffic is being diverted through nearby villages.
