Rickie Lambert has enjoyed a full first day as an England player.
The Saints striker trained with the squad for the first time since his call-up, and then held a press conference to talk about his chances of facing Scotland at Wembley on Wednesday night.
England manager Roy Hodgson also faced the press and dropped a strong hint that Lambert will win his first cap at Wembley.
