Got to be Yoshi and Fonte as the centre back partnership for me, Hooiveld seems to be making a few mistakes this season. Just hope all our full-backs are back to fitness soon. I think our best back 4 is with Clyne on the left, Richardson on the right, with the two mentioned above in the middle. As for keeper, could be any of the 3.

Actually I don't think this story is anywhere as bad as some recently. At least it has a point and keeps it brief. It doesn't try to make some deep insight, it is simply the stuff of pub chat.

It is a crucial month for us granted, but we don't need added doom and gloom on top of an already difficult season.

Jeez, just play a consistent back five of Davis-Clyne-Fonte-Yo
shida-Fox and be done with it. Consistency is the problem.

You've totally contradicted yourself by commenting on this story in the first place! If it's that boring a story, go read the sun.

I personally dont mind reading stuff like this, you know what you get from this site so if you dont like it, dont read it and then the rest of us wont have to put up your negative comments which, as it happens, wer'nt related to the article in anyway.

Ticket prices/add on fees (apparently Ryan air are to be next sponsor)
Best/favourite ex player and club at logger heads?
Not only getting beaten every week but thrashed and by championship league team?
Injuries?
Signings?
The left back?
Center halves?
Goal keeper (all 3)?
Quality in depth?
Charismatic manager?
Well may be things can't get any worse....... There's a positive!

I've done an accumulator at Ladbrokes: 25 teams, 50p. If all 24 come in it's riding on Saints to beat West Brom to win me £86,000. Now that's a story.

The club has just announced that kids under 13 get free hospitality for the Swansea game. Seeing as we had the negative story a few weeks back about hospitality, it would be good to have a positive one.
Also, our U18's a preparing for a match which if they win, means they will be in the 'elite' group for the next phase.

I had e-mail a week or so ago advertising hiring a hospitality box for a game. I replied asking if I were to hire a box would I get a refund (for that particular game) on my ST? Guess what answer I received. Hint, it didn't quite end in OFF!

I agree Jos has been found out at the highest level but he still remains a vital player for us in case of injuries,suspensions etc to our other defenders.Come january we have got to get some experienced premiership centre backs in pretty darn quick.

Just need to vent some feelings. The season in slowly dying. The decision making by NA has been poor, from the transfers to the tattics. How we can progress from League 1 to the Prem and not buy any Premier League experince is beyond me. Stoke are the team to look at, they contine to buy players that can fit instraight away. While I appreciate the youth policy and buying younger players its not helping at the moment. The latest displays have been poor. Spur after going two goals ahead sat back and let Saints back into the game. This made us look better than we actually are. I believe confidence is draining from the team. Rickie has lost his shine and its only going to get worse if we keep this up. The Leeds game was sadly predictable and disappointing. You always believe there hope. But yet again NA tattics of playing to wide men in the front row of the stands gives little hope to the lone striker. The song we shoot when we want, was quite appt for the last two games. Who knows what will happen on Monday. Hopefully I will be surprised. But we all know Saints will play some pretty football, but lack quality. We need to change something Nicholas. The sooner the better. PS I really like NA, but please keep it simple. The players are now rushed and do not have time on the ball unless were two nil down.

He won't start, we have not got enough quality in depth and are heavily relying on our quality players. God help us if lallana should get injured.

Our Dream Team (DT) of NC, LR and NA, should have used the £30m more wisely. They are jointly to blame for the lack of quality and cover at the back. I agree that stability in our back five will be crucial if we are to have any chance of picking up vital points. Relevant signings are required in Jan and the DT knows that. In the meantime, let's carry on backing the team, full tilt and rejoice in the knowledge that the Skates are in League 1 and have lost their last two league games.
