Opponents Cosham took the Division 1 top side to 5-4 to stake a claim to third place behind New Forest, who defeated Gosport Borough 6-3.
In Division 2 Hants Youth head the table with Winchester and Eastleigh two points behind.
St Mary’s player Danny Smith took the best average up a notch when he registered a 32.16.
Romsey’s Bryan Laws hit a 13-dart leg against Hants Youth and Ian Jopling nailed the week’s best finish with a 153 for Southampton.
