As someone smart said last night, what time do you value the Park at. When they had their 1st administration or now. The value has plummeted. Now I guess it's nearly worthless., especially when they are relegated. The other point is ,its a developer buying it for the trust to rent. When they can't pay the rent I wonder what he will do with it. I guess a museum

so the 2 valuations of skatesmouth park are,
1 £11mill the money that bc is rightfully owed, a court has already said his `fixed charge` is fully legal.

2 £2.75mill the amount of money that the fish have managed to beg steal and borrow. (what a let down they are to their club).

Pompey administrator Trevor Birch said: ‘We can confirm that the hearing to determine the proposed sale of Fratton Park has been scheduled for 13 and 14 December in the High Court in London.

‘This hearing is critical in deciding the future of Portsmouth Football Club: if the Court agrees with the sale value of Fratton Park, we can sell the club as a going concern to the trust; if we lose, liquidation will become the most likely option.



Wouldn't it be wonderful if the court set the value just above the PST's maximum amount, say £3.5m. So near and yet so far. Even with the sales of T shirts soaring into double figures. Slobber slobber....
