MALMESBURY carnival is preparing to dish out another £12,000 to local good causes.
Grants totalling £8,000 have already been handed over in the wake of last summer’s successful programme of events.
But the committee is about to start considering a second round of bids.
Local good causes wanting to make an application by the December 31 deadline can log on to malmesburycarnival.co.uk for details.
The organisation is also looking for volunteers to help stage next year's carnival in July and August.
