TWO Winchester teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated harassment.

Police have appealed for the victims of an incident in Winchester city centre to come forward.

A man witnessed two males make racist comments when a black woman walked by. They were standing on steps in the alleyway between Tower Street and Staple Gardens.

The witness then saw the offenders verbally abuse a white man at 8.15am on Thursday, December 6.

The two men were released on police bail.
