And so more of cortese's underhand dealings is exposed. I watched Nigel's interview after the Chelsea game, and it was obvious he realised what was going on behind his back. Seed house has intimated this on several occasions in his posts this season. Sad, underhanded, and no way to run a business. And by the way, I am speaking as someone who runs a business employing 13 people. Many of them have been with me for a very long time, and that is because they trust me. I wonder if Cortese is now trusted by those he employs.
Man, I had no idea Donald Trump was a Saints fan. It's a pleasure to have you on board.
More intelligence from the clan. Not claiming to be anything but a small business owner who knows the value of decency.
I realise that that diss bars me from being a "true" saints fan by many on here, but some intelligence in responses wouldn't go amiss.
If you are a "true" Saints fan, then that's what you are, no one can deny you that right, whether you are a cockney costermonger or a multi millionaire, if you support the Saints, that's all there is to it, it's a kind of infection, that won't go away no matter how hard you scratch. A bit like three halves, but not as annoying, but that's not his fault, he is a nice guy really, just picked the wrong colour to support."

Forren: I didn't speak to Adkins over Saints move

VEGARD FORREN VEGARD FORREN

VEGARD Forren admits he never spoke to Nigel Adkins about joining Saints.

The Norwegian international centre half was officially unveiled as a Saints player just hours after Adkins was sacked on Friday, January 18.

But negotiations to sign the player had been ongoing for days, with Forren in the crowd at Stamford Bridge when Saints drew with Chelsea two days earlier.

"I never spoke to Nigel," said Forren.

"I knew that there was a change and that the new manager wanted me here.

“For me it was never a problem, I was happy to be here and have an opportunity to play for Southampton."

The Premier League is very popular in Norway but Forren is not worried about upsetting people back home if Saints pull off an upset at Old Trafford tomorrow.

"All of my friends and family in Norway are happy for me to be in the Premier League, everyone loves the Premier League in Norway," he said.

"Of course I have some friends who are United fans but if I do well and we get the three points they will be okay."

With Jose Fonte still missing through injury and Forren settled into the Saints squad following a training trip to Barcelona the 24-year-old looks set to make his debut against United.
