MANCHESTER UNITED 0 SAINTS 1 (Jay Rodriguez 3): A shock lead for Saints, as Jay Rodriguez races in to pounce on Michael Carrick's poor backpass. It's a howler from David De Gea too, who really should have cleared, but Rodriguez pokes the ball past him and slots in.

The big surprise in the Saints line-up is that Luke Shaw drops to the bench and is replaced by Danny Fox. Adam Lallana returns from injury to make the bench, having been out since early December. For Manchester United, the Premier League's top scorer, Robin van Persie, is restored to the line-up, while Nemanja Vidic returns in the centre of defence.

Mauricio Pochettino has taken his team away to Barcelona so this match really represents his first proper team selcetion.
Guly do Prado is ruled out with a knee injury which opens the way for a possible return for Adam Lallana.
The Saints skipper has been out since December 8.
