I agree - I think MoPo is the most important new signing we could have made. He's had more of an impact on the performances than any single player would have.

This happens because the England set up are not allowed to think creatively and will continue to reinforce failure year after year until new faces come in at the top level who actually want England to win and are prepared to make a decision, stick with it and drop the players who keep on failing at international level.

I would suggest that inter-racial body transplants may not be the way forward here. Theres no way even Messi's legs are gonna make Jay Rod a top player although perhaps Usain Bolts legs on Licki Rambert?

I would suggest that inter-racial body transplants may not be the way forward here. Theres no way even Messi's legs are gonna make Jay Rod a top player although perhaps Usain Bolts legs on Licki Rambert?

I love the way it's clearly down to NC's inability to sign rather than perhaps a positive decision that the squad's good enough.

When Alex Ferguson is spouting about Saints for a half yesterday being the best team to have visited Old Trafford this year, do you think there is even the slightest possibility that we might have a decent squad? Might be worth working with them, training, improving the teamwork rather than just spending cash in the manner of old Saggy Chops. Just wondering. It's all relative - we are in the Prem and should stay up this season, but we're a long way off Cortese's dream. I'm not sure that the Academy is sole the answer. We need one or two really top flight additions.

At least the Skates are heading where they belong which is non-league football. I can't really complain.
