Le Cam takes fifth place

JEAN Le Cam has finished the Vendee Globe in fifth place.

The Frenchman crossed the finishing line off Les Sables this afternoon in 88 days, 12 minutes and 58 seconds.

Hampshire’s Mike Golding has around 70 nautical miles left and should finish in sixth place sometime this evening.
