Tom Daley has revealed he is looking for a diving parter to replace Southampton's Pete Waterfield.

The pair finished fourth in the 10m synchro at London 2012 and are expected to compete together at the FINA World Series in April.

But 31 year-old Waterfield's long-term future in the sport is in doubt after his funding from British Swimming was cut last month.

"Peter is going to be too old to compete in the 2016 Games because his body's taken a battering over the years," said Daley.

"It's going to be interesting to see who is going to partner me, and we'll just have to wait and see who that is."
