The family of Jade Clark will speak at a press conference this afternoon.
Jade, 16, was killed while riding her moped on the A31 near Ringwood last Sunday night. Police are still hunting for a driver who is believed to have struck her before leaving the scene.
The vehicle they are looking for is a silver Volvo XC90.
The press conference is taking place at Ringwood fire station.
The A31 was closed for 16 hours while investigations were carried out.
