Volunteers wanted to improve the view

Green fingered volunteers are being asked to help clear up to improve the view from a new visitor centre.

The City of London Corporation is looking for people to help remove silver birch and hawthorn from the Plain, to improve the scenery from ‘The View’.

Anyone who wishes to help on April 6 can attend between 10am and 2pm at Butler’s Retreat, Rangers Road. For more information, contact 020 7332 1911.
