LUDLOW’S Chris Ridge celebrated a class win and second place overall in the Plains Rally.
Co-driver Ridge teamed up with rally driver Dan Evans to seal first place in the 1,400 S class and second in the 1,400cc Championship class.
Despite their vehicle being hit by an electrical problem, the duo bounced back.
They shone in six tests on the Welsh stages in Dyfi and Hafren forests and a stage through the Sweetlamb rally complex.
