Diversion comes into effect during bridge closure (currently planned for 10 weeks from September).
1. Existing left-turn arrows will be removed from Oat Street Existing one-way and no-entry signs will be removed from Mill Street.
Existing left-turn and straight-ahead road markings will be removed from Mill Street.
2. Existing one-way and no-entry signs will be removed from Mill Street at Mill Bank junction.
