SMITH Ivy On September 7, 2013, peacefully at home in her sleep, aged 96 years. The beloved wife of the late George Arthur Smith, a much loved mum of John, David and Jennifer, a dearly loved grandma and great-grandma. Funeral service and cremation will take place at Nab Wood Crematorium on Thursday, September 26, at 1.20p.m. Would friends please meet at the crematorium.
