Stoke boss Mark Hughes
Full-back Andy Wilkinson is a definite absentee for Stoke's Barclays Premier League clash with Southampton at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday.
Wilkinson, who has played only two games for the Potters this season, is struggling with a knee problem.
Key defender Robert Huth had been a doubt for Stoke's Capital One Cup tie against Birmingham in midweek but recovered from an ankle injury to play the full 120 minutes.
