Sydenhams Wessex Premier League pair Sholing and Alresford Town excelled on their travels in the FA Vase at the weekend.
Dave Diaper’s Boatmen came away comfortable 4-1 winners from Reading Town thanks to goals by Byron Mason, Marvin McLean, Lee Wort and Barry Mason.
Alresford, meanwhile, ran riot in Cornwall, thumping Saltash United 7-2 through Zach Glasspool (2), Dom Cope (2), Warren Bentley, Dan Strange and Mike McEnery.
But there was high drama at Moneyfields where, with the score 1-1 against Bitton AFC, the tie was abandoned due to a mass brawl 11 minutes into extra time.
Luke Bryan had put the visitors ahead against ten-man Moneys early in the second half before ex-Romsey midfielder Stuart Green grabbed a quick leveller.
