Hamble Club stormed into the semi finals of the Puma Engineering Hampshire League Cup quarter finals with an amazing win at Headley United.

The second tier visitors stunned hosts Headley - top of the Premier Division - by romping to a 5-1 victory.

Former Winchester City player Liam Crook scored twice for Hamble, who have belted 34 goals in just seven Division 1 league matches this season.

Kev Lewis, Mark Bruce and Luke Watts also netted, with Matt Rayner grabbing Headley’s consolation.

Colden Common are also through to the last four after surviving a potential banana skin trip to second tier high-fliers Andover Lions.

Common took an early lead through an own goal, with top scoter Dan Reynolds replying before the interval.

Common netted their winner two minutes into the second period through Liam Magee.

Bush Hill opened up a seven point lead at the top of Hampshire Premier League Division 1 after beating lowly Upham 3-2.

Perry Harding struck in the 13th and 22nd minutes, and Terry Parker added a third on the stroke of half-time.

Four Marks stunned Broughton by racing into a 2-0 lead inside the first two minutes, thanks to Rob Fry and Ricky Peters.

Elliott Richards and Luke Harry restored parity before half-time.

Long and Alex Barclay put the visitors 4-2 up before Broughton replied late on through Ben Rankin.
