PHILLIPS (Nee Meredith) Peacefully on 30th January 2014, Lyn, the beloved Partner of Martin, dearly loved sister of Elaine and Paul, much loved aunty ofDeke and Rhiannon, great aunty of Chelsey-Leigh and Bailey. Cherished Step Mum of Leigh, Matthew, Naomi and Chase. Lyn will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Resting at Woodfield Park Funeral Home, Blackwood until the funeral service on Thursday 13th February 2014 at 10.45am at the Funeral Home prior to cremation at the Gwent Crematorium at 12.00pm.
