YOUNGSTERS were given an insight into the role of a specialist heart doctor.
Dr Sanjay Sastry visited Bolton School’s Hesketh House Junior girls’ school to show year five pupils footage of a procedure on a heart attack patient.
They also learned how a balloon is used to widen a blocked artery.
