BRANSGORE Community First Responders received a cheque for £400 from the Tom Langton Fund of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Masonic Grand Charity.
The cheque was handed over by the Elizabethan Lodge Charity Steward Ken Sanders to responders co-ordinator Mike Jukes to help keep their 4X4 vehicle equipped with the necessary life saving equipment.
Mr Jukes said: “This will include the latest in defibrillators to replace one we have which is reaching the end of its life, and some new communication devices so the ambulance control can track where we are and despatch us to 999 calls more effectively.”
