ATHLETICS: THURROCK athletes are still celebrating after a highly successful Essex & Eastern Indoor Championships where the record books were re-written.
Robbie Clarricoats, Joe Winn and Theo Adesina all set new championship records at the championships at Lee Valley. William Edwards School pupil Adesina cleared 1.30m in the under-13 boys high jump to win gold and set an Essex and Eastern record.
Jack Exley and Reece Scott were among the other young stars at the Essex Schools Finals.
