Trophy heroes on capital trip
Heroes of Gosport Borough’s FA Trophy run gathered ahead of the Wembley final.
Manager Alex Pike and his assistant Mick Catlin along with semi final goal-scorer Tim Sills and defender Brett Poate, got their hands on the trophy on a boat trip along the Thames.
They were joined by their opponents Cambridge United, who also got a taste of the silverware.
The teams go head to head on March 23 at the home of football where they will be hoping to lift the trophy for real. Pictured left to right: Sills, Pike, Poate and Catlin.
