Scottish sanctions?
SIR – After the recent election in Ukraine, 82 per cent voted on Crimea and 96 per cent of these votes to favour Russia. The US, the UK and others say they will impose sanctions.
If, in September, Scotland votes to split from the UK, will sanctions be imposed?
