Colleges link up for training tasks
STUDENTS from two East Lancashire colleges recently joined forces to undergo training.
Youngsters from Accrington and Rossendale College joined Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form students at the campus in Scotland Road, Nelson, to take part in tutor group representative training. The training session was led by Jason Tattersall from Blue Circle Training.
He said: “The training is to prepare students to better represent their forms and the student voice.”
The event saw tutor group representatives from each form in both colleges viewing a presentation and working together to complete tasks.
