EVERETT, Kenneth Allan John Passed away peacefully on 8th May 2014. Funeral to take place on Friday 16th May 2014, 10.30am at the Old Chapel, City of London Crematorium, E12 5DQ Refreshments afterwards at The Cornerstone, E10 6EH. All welcome. Family flowers only, donations to Cancer Research UK.
