THE Sinclair brothers and James Clarke have headed in different directions after leaving crisis club Salisbury City.
Supporters’ player-of-the-year Stuart Sinclair has reunited with old boss Darrell Clarke at Bristol Rovers, younger brother Rob has agreed a two-year deal at Forest Green Rovers and sturdy defender Clarke has switched to Woking.
The two midfielders and Clarke helped Mikey Harris’ team finish 12th last season, but depart following the club’s relegation to the Conference South amid financial turmoil.
Whites have until tomorrow to settle football creditors and secure a bond of £50,000 or face being axed from the Conference altogether. A winding up order of £29,000 from HMRC also needs to be paid to avoid folding.
Departing owner Mark Winter, who quit on Sunday, expects all debts will not be paid.
