DISABLED teen sailor Natasha Lambert last night arrived in Plymouth after completing around a third of an epic solo challenge.
The inspirational 17- year-old suffers from cerebral palsy and controls her adapted yacht by breathing through a straw in a specially-engineered bicycle helmet.
She has so far sailed 150 miles of a 450- mile single-handed voyage from Cowes on the Isle of Wight to Swansea. Once there she will scale 2,900ft peak Pen y Fan, the highest in south Wales.
Natasha, from Cowes, will have a rest day in Plymouth before resuming the challenge, in aid of the RNLI, the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust and the RYA Foundation.
Amazingly she has already raised £10,000, two thirds of her initial 15,000 target.
