Saints manager Ronald Koeman is set to continue his summer spree after capturing Ryan Betrand on loan.

The Dutch manager has a seen a flurry of departures from St Mary’s, but has now been heavily linked with a series of incoming transfers.

According to the Italian media, Inter Milan winger Ezequiel Schelotto could be on his way to Hampshire as a part of a loan deal for bad-boy striker Dani Osvaldo.

It has also been reported that Inter team-mate Saphir Taider will also be involved in the deal, but seemingly negotiations are continuing with the Serie A club.

Another player supposedly interesting Koeman is Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany.

Media outlets in Italy suspect that the 26-year-old, who is also attracting the interest of West Bromwich Albion, could be brought to St Mary’s for around £8 million.

The France Under-21 international has numerous suitors after an impressive three seasons at the Yellow and Blues.

Meanwhile, Saints have been linked with another defender – this time from Sporting Lisbon.

Marcos Rojo, who helped Argentina to the final of the World Cup this summer, has been linked with Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United this summer and now Saints have reportedly registered their interest.

The 24-year-old can operate as a centre back and a left back.

It is said that any suitor will need to stump up £16 million to claw the Argentine away.

"Everyone has a price,” said Rojo in regards to any potential deal.

"If a good deal arrives, then I’m sure I will sit down with the club and evaluate things."

Rojo scored six times for Sporting last term.
