Ronald Koeman has waved away a host of his Saints stars for the second international break of the 2014/15 Premier League season.

Here, the Daily Echo rounds up who is playing for what country, when and where.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9

3.30pm Germany U20 v England U20: Youngsters Harrison Reed and Matt Targett have found themselves on the edge of the Saints first team squad this season and look set to make big breakthroughs in the near future.

They are playing for the England under-20 side in a friendly tournament.

7.45pm England v San Marino: Nathaniel Clyne is hoping to make his England debut at Wembley.

Roy Hodgson’s team host minnows San Marino in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

Also in the squad is goalkeeper Fraser Forster who continues to hope for the nod over Joe Hart.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10

7.45pm Italy v Azerbaijan: Graziano Pelle’s fine start to the season at Saints has seen him win a first Italy call-up.

He will take on Azerbaijan first in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

7.45pm Belgium v Andorra: Toby Alderweireld has settled nicely into life at St Mary’s and first up for him is what should be a routine Euro 2016 qualifier home win against Andorra.

9pm Senegal v Tunisia: Sadio Mane has scored in back-to-back Africa Cup of Nations qualification games.

He now faces two games against Tunisia, which could back his nation a place in the finals.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11

4pm Niger v Zambia: Emmanuel Mayuka has not made a first team appearance for Saints this season despite regularly featuring on the bench. He is hoping for rather more action as Zambia take on Niger in the Africa Cup of Nations qualification stage.

5pm Holland U20 v England U20: Saints duo Reed and Targett face a young Holland side as their friendly tournament continues.

5pm Romania v Hungary: Florin Gardos will be in action for Romania as they host Romania in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

5pm Republic of Ireland v Gibraltar: The £12m man Shane Long is away with his country for a very winnable Euro 2016 qualifying home match against Gibraltar.

5pm Armenia v Serbia: Dusan Tadic travels with Serbia to take on Armenia in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

7.45pm France v Portugal: An intriguing game where Morgan Schneiderlin and Jose Fonte could go head-to-head.

The Saints teammates are both hoping for the nod for the friendly game.

For Fonte it would be a first international cap.

7.45pm Northern Ireland v Faroe Islands: Northern Ireland captain Steven Davis leads his side for a home game against Faroe Islands in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 12

5pm Estonia v England: Clyne and Forster are back in action as Roy Hodgson’s side travel to Estonia for a Euro 2016 qualifier.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 13

6pm Turkey U20 v England U20: Reed and Targett have a third game to round off their friendly tournament.

7.45pm Bosnia v Belgium: It’s an away trip for Alderweireld in a Euro 2016 qualifier.

7.45pm Malta v Italy: Pelle will hope to have a cap, and maybe a goal, to his name for what should be a one-sided Euro 2016 qualifier in Malta.

8pm Morocco v Kenya: With Kenya, who include Victory Wanyama in their squad, having failed to make it to the group stages of the Africa Cup of Nations qualification process, they have a friendly away to Morocco.

11pm Brazil U23 v USA U23: Young keeper Cody Cropper has a long trip to represent USA in Brazil.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14

5.45pm Armenia v France: It’s another friendly for France and Schneiderlin, this time against Armenia.

7.45pm Finland v Romania: Gardos faces a trip to Finland for a Euro 2016 qualifier.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15
