After spending the day on the ice yesterday, the Saints players have ventured out into the snow for the second full day of their team-building trip to Switzerland.
With no game to play this weekend, the squad are instead in the world-renowned resort of Davos, taking part in a range of winter activities.
Yesterday saw them attempt, somewhat unsuccessfully it seemed, to have a go at ice hockey.
Today, Ronald Koeman, his coaching staff and team have ventured outdoors to take on some Nordic skiing and snowshoeing.

Defender Toby Alderweireld has also posted a couple of selfies from this morning's activities.
Saints captain Jose Fonte also posted a photo of the players enjoying a break from skiing for some lunch.
Fraser Forster went for a rather more moody shot, with some spectacular scenery behind him.
Saints, who flew out to Switzerland on Wednesday, are due to return home tomorrow.
