A tutor at the Prince of Wales's Institute of Architecture has been accused of stealing human body parts for use in his sculpture exhibits, Scotland Yard revealed yesterday.

Anthony-Noel Kelly, 41, of Brixton, South London, is charged with theft of anatomical parts from bodies which had been donated to the Royal College of Surgeons for medical research.

Mr Kelly, and co-accused Mr Niel Lindsay, a 24-year-old former mortuary assistant at the RCS, will appear at Horseferry Road Magistrates Court in central London on August 15.
