TWO European giants are said to be chasing one of the shining stars of Southampton's season.
Sporting Lisbon and Benfica are considering trying to lure Sadio Mane away from St Mary's.
However, a report in the Daily Mirror today suggestes the Senegalese winger has no intention of leaving Saints and will snub any offers from the two Portugese sides.
Mane joined Saints for around £11m at the start of the season.
Meanwhile, a Southampton target is said to be the subject of a bid from Liverpool.
Saints are reported to have had a £4.5m bid for Leeds United rightback Sam Byram turned down last summer.
Now, the 21-year-old is on the radar of the Anfield club, who are pondering a £8m bid, according to the Daily Star.
