Penarth Pier Pavilion
WHY would the council decide to do major work on the pier when it's was the Easter break, School holidays, Public holidays.
On my recent visit to the pier it was bedlam. One side of the pier was fenced off.
I just wonder who is in charge of this mess.
I think it's a shame as the pier has been fenced off on one side all week yet no work done on it.
