Luke Tobitt and Mitchell Turner have both been crowned Southern Counties schoolboy champions.
The Southampton ABC pair took the titles in Portsmouth with Tobitt leading things off by beating Ethan Salmon (Hastings ABC) in the 32.5-34kg minors class.
After a shaky start with both fighters feeling the nerves, Tobitt produced the better boxing to shade the first two rounds and in the third he dominated and ran away with it to get a deserved unanimous decision.
Turner was up next in the 37-38.5 minors class against Whitstable ABC boxer Lloyd Foredyce, who had stopped his previous two opponents on the way to this bout.
Turner though blew the southpaw away inside a minute of the first round with a punch perfect display to move to 11 wins from 13 bouts, while Tobitt has four wins from six.
