MANCHESTER United are preparing to offer Memphis Depay to Saints as part of a deal for Sadio Mane, according to the national press.
The Daily Star report that United are “desperate” to offload “flop” Depay this summer after a poor first season in the Premier League after his £25m switch from PSV Eindhoven.
It adds that the 22-year-old could be used in a deal for Sadio Mane, who United have been linked with for some time.
The article adds that Liverpool and Paris Saints-Germain were also among clubs interested in Depay.
Ronald Koeman has expressed his admiration for his Dutch compatriot in the past.
Mane has hit great form recently, scoring four goals in his last five games.
