EX-Saint Richard Dryden has found himself a new job in football ... in Bengal, India.

The former Dell player has signed up to become assistant manager at Kingfisher East Bengal, where he will work under former AFC Bournemouth striker Trevor Morgan.

Dryden tweeted: "Looking forward to being assistant manager with @eastbengalfc, a fantastic opportunity."

The former Saints defender made 54 appearances for the club between 1996 and 2000 and retired from playing in 2007 after finishing his career in the non-league.

The 47-year-old, who also played for the likes for Exeter, Plymouth Argyle, Birmingham City, Bristol Rovers and Bristol City, then moved into management, taking the helm at Worcester City in the Conference North, near his hometown Stroud.

He has also worked at York City as a youth coach and was last at Notts County as a coach before heading to Bengal.
