Today's transfer gossip:

SAINTS striker Graziano Pelle is being linked with yet another club - this time a £12m move to Chelsea, according to the Daily Mail.

As has been reported by the Daily Echo, Pelle is expected to leave Saints this summer before his contract expires next year.

This time, the Mail has made a link between the striker and his Italy manager Antonio Conte.

The reported fee is £4m more than Saints paid for the Italian international when he arrived from Feyenoord two summers ago.

It is reported by the Mail that the new Chelsea boss Conte is considering moving for the forward who scored twice at Euro 2016 prior to Italy's elimination at the quarter final stage.

Conte would only move for Pelle - who turns 31 next week - if he failed to sign Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata.

Morata, who has three goals to his name in Euro 2016 for Spain, has only recently returned to Madrid.

The Champions League holders exercised their option to buy back the 23-year-old for a pre-determined fee as part of the deal which saw him join Juve two years ago.

Morata scored 12 league and cup goals for Juve last season.

Juventus have also been linked with a summer move for Pelle, after losing Morata.
