IT COULD involve a trip to war-torn Ukraine or faraway Azerbaijan.

Or it could mean a far shorter journey to Ireland, the Netherlands or Denmark again.

Today Saints will find out who they will face in this year's Europa League as the draw takes place on Monaco.

Having finished 6th in the Premier League, they do not need to negotiate the play-off round which saw them lose to FC Midtjylland of Denmark last season.

Instead they will be straight in at the group stage and we have looked at some of their potential opponents.

Saints will be pot three today, meaning they could face top seeds Schalke, Zenit St Petersburg

But they won't face fellow English sides Manchester United, also in at the group stage, or West Hamas they were beaten by Romanians Astra Giurgiu last night.

And they won't play Spanish side Sevilla, the winners of last year's competition, as they have progressed to the Champions League after winning the competition.

With the final Champions League qualifiers taking place tonight, the losers of those ties will go into the draw alongside the teams who win the last Europa League qualifiers tomorrow.
