A SAINTS supporter has thanked fellow fans who 'saved his dad's life' after he collapsed at San Siro.
The man suffered a suspected heart attack before Saints took on Inter and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
Fan Neil Mantell took to social media to thank those who leapt in to help and said his dad, who has not been named, is in a critical but stable condition.
He said: "A huge thank you to Richard Payne and an unknown Saints fan tonight for literally saving my dad's life.
"Inter were also fantastic.
"Also the guy who was comforting me - all true Saints tonight.
"Please make yourselves known so I can thank you personally."
Southampton FC said last night that his condition is not life threatening.
