Glenn Howes’ men – 2-0 winners at Street on Saturday – must travel to Portland United on November 12.
Team Solent will also hit the road again after overcoming Helston Athletic 2-1 in Cornwall.
The Southampton Solent University side this time face an all-Wessex examination at Division One newcomers Shaftesbury.
