BUSH Hill's Hampshire Premier League title challenge received a double boost - even though they didn't play.

The Southampton-based side saw their scheduled match at Infinity postponed, but nearest challengers Hayling United and Liphook both crashed to defeat.

Second placed Hayling lost 3-1 at Fleetlands to goals from Brad Stone (2) and Kurt Watts, Kieran Carter replying.

Ben Chambers and Eathen Rook both scored twice as fourth placed Locks Heath thumped Liphook 5-2.

Joe Collins added a penalty as Locks stormed into a 3-0 lead inside the opening 20 minutes. Harry Tremlett and Dan Gray replied.

Babucarr Bojang netted an 81st minute leveller as QK Southampton drew 2-2 at Paulsgrove.

QK had taken a second minute lead through a Callum Callard penalty, with Mitchell Frost and Alex Miroy turning the game around.

Stockbridge, having failed to win any of their first 19 games, have now won three in a row.

They trailed to a Luke Watts opener at Winchester Castle, but levelled through Dean Carr and won it through Liam Dufall's 82nd minute goal.

Mike Newman's double for Clanfield was cancelled out by Dan Sharpe and David Harding's 80th minute leveller for visiting Liss.

Sway are back on top of the HPL First Division after a 6-0 hammering of visiting Headley United.

Ben McQuoid started the rout after eight minutes, with Ashley Booker making it 2-0 at the interval.

Prolific Steve Brown scored twice as third place Four Marks - six points behind Sway with three games in hand - won 3-0 at Michelmersh & Timsbury. Matt Rayner also netted.

Second half goals followed from Ryan Brading (2), Jordan Scares and Chris Bond.

Ashley Lovett struck four times as Netley Central caned AFC Petersfield 6-1. Mike Mullins and Alex White completed the rout, with Callum Coker replying.

Goals from Liam Nancholas, Callum McIntry and Matt Boast gave South Wonston Swifts a 3-1 home win over Lyndhurst. Harvey Hicks replied.

Jake Biffin, Dan Spencer and Reece Greenfield scored as Bush Hill Reserves beat Fleetlands 3-1 in the HPL's Combination Division.

Craig Fry (2), Ricky Peters (2) and Liam Marwick scored as Four Marks trounced Michelmersh 5-1.
