LYMINGTON Town blew a three-goal lead to draw 3-3 with Hamworthy United in the Sydenhams Premier Division on Saturday.

Lymo had looked a safe bet to pull level on points with the fourth-placed Hammers when Ashley Jarvis, Steve Walker and Zak Pickett gave them a comfortable looking half-time cushion at Southampton Road.

But the visitors rallied to grab a share of the spoils with Jamie Beasley and Ed Hodge pulling them back in contention before sub Jamie Filkins levelled with three minutes to go.

Weather permitting, Lymington will head to Hampshire Premier One high fliers Netley Central Sports tomorrow evening in the quarter-finals of the Southampton Senior Cup.

The prize on offer is a massive one with Radhi Jaidi's Saints under-23s awaiting the winners in the final four.
