SAINTS defender Cédric has been named in Portugal’s 23-man World Cup final squad.
The right-back, who has won 26 caps, will be aiming to complete an amazing double after helping Portugal win the European Championship two years ago.
Fernando Santos squad has been drawn in Group B alongside Iran, Morocco and Spain.
Meanwhile, Maya Yoshida has been called up to a 27-man Japan squad for their friendly against Ghana on May 30
Japan could face England in the round of 16 after being drawn in Group H alongside Colombia, Poland and Senegal.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg was named in Denmark’s preliminary squad earlier this week.
