Jan 94-May 95 Got the best out of Matt Le Tissier but left at the end of his first full season to join Manchester City.

DAVE MERRINGTON
May 95-May 96 Kept Saints up at the expense of Ball's City at the end of his only season in charge.

GRAEME SOUNESS
May 96-Jun 97 Another man to spend just one season in charge before leaving after Rupert Lowe took over.

DAVE JONES
July 97-Jan 2000 Was Saints manager for longer than any of the other 13 managers since 1994.

GLENN HODDLE
Jan 2000-Mar 2001 Controversially appointed and even more controversially departed when he rejoined Tottenham.

STUART GRAY
