RECORD-breaking Hampshire sailor Geoff Holt has issued a call to arms to the marine sector to support a unique cinematic event.

Geoff has organised a special screening of the acclaimed film The Day After Peace starring Angelina Jolie and Jude Law at the Harbour Lights cinema in Southampton on Tuesday.

The film was produced and directed by Geoff's fellow Southampton schoolmate Jeremy Gilley, the founder and director of United Nations-backed organisation Peace One Day.

“All I ask is for anyone involved in the industry, sailors, power-boaters, manufacturers, retailers, whatever their involvement, to give up 80 minutes of their time and join me for an evening that will change the way they look at the world.”
