Vickers takes over at Gang Warily

ASHLEY VICKERS ASHLEY VICKERS

Former Dorchester Town player-manager Ashley Vickers has replaced Louis Bell at Blackfield & Langley.

Vickers had a temporary spell in charge at Gang Warily when Bell was in hospital last month.

But the 39-year-old has taken over on a permanent basis as Bell has decided to focus on making a full recovery.

Blackfield will be looking for their first win in seven games at Bournemouth Poppies tomorrow night, having lost 2-0 at Alton on Saturday.

Blackfield are a joke. Previous manager didn't know his backside from his elbow, this current one won't be allowed to pick the team either. A prime example of someone chucking money at a club and ruining something that was quite good by thinking he knows better.
